Section 120 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
120. Suits by or against Zila Parishads.-
All suits, prosecutions and other legal proceedings instituted or which might have been instituted by or against the District Board immediately before the constitution of the Zila Parishad concerned for any matter in relation to the district may be continued or instituted by or against the Zila Parishad.
