appellants - State.
Heard on the question of admission.
By order dated 05.11.2015 passed in W. P. No.7628/2015,
learned Writ Court relying on the decision in the matter of
Rupram Yadav vs. State of MP & others reported in 2010 (3)
MPLJ 350 has disposed of the writ petition by directing the
appellants to grant regular pay scale to the respondent on the post
on which she has been classified in accordance to the provisions of the Standing Standard Orders and necessary action for payment of salary and other benefits be extended to the respondent within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
Against the aforesaid order, Review Petition No.124/2017 was filed by the appellants. Learned Writ Court considering the fact that similar review petition filed by the State bearing R. P. No.314/2017 has been dismissed vide order dated 01.12.2017, dismissed the aforesaid review petition.
On due consideration of the aforesaid so also the fact that law laid down in the matter of Rupram Yadav (supra) still holds the field, we are of the view that no case to interfere with the well reasoned order, as prayed is made out. This intra-court appeal filed by the appellants have no merit and is accordingly, 2 THE HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH, BENCH AT INDORE W. A. No.464 of 2018 (State of MP & others vs. Smt. Anita) dismissed. Accordingly, all the pending interlocutory applications stand rejected.
