Section 26(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH PULSES BOARD ACT, 2020
(1)The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.
