15. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Jammu and Kashmir Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Ordinance, 1988 (Ordinance No. 1 of 1988) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action taken, any order or notification issued, under any of the provisions of law repealed under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued under the corresponding provisions of this Act as if such provisions of this Act were in force on the day such thing was done, action was taken or order or notification was issued.
