Section 138(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)The payment of children's allowance shall cease(a)subject to the provisions of regulation 139 in the case of a son, on attaining the age of eighteen years, and(b)in the case of a daughter, on her attaining the age of sixteen years or on marriage, whichever is later.
