Section 28 in Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Act, 1955
28. Power of Veterinary Officer to inspect or mark bulls.
- For the purposes of this Chapter, a Veterinary Officer or any other officer or person authorised by him in this behalf shall have power at all reasonable times.(a)to inspect any bull; and(b)to mark any bull free of charge with a prescribed mark in the prescribed manner.
