Section 54 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
54. Term of office of Registrar.
- The Terms of Office of the Secretary or Registrar shall be fixed by the Central Government at the time of appointment. He shall be retired on attaining the age of sixty years unless otherwise determined by the Central Government:Provided that he may be granted extension of service after 60 years for a total period not exceeding two years with the prior approval of the Central Government.
