Section 22A(8)(i) in The Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983

(i)The Committee shall after taking into account the recommendations of the sub-committee, and after considering the information or report obtained by the Committee under sub-rule (7), if any, and all relevant aspects, make its recommendations as to the amount of loan that may be made to the sugar undertaking.
