(2)[ A copy of the report sent by Conciliator under sub-section (2) of Section 43 and forwarded by the Chief Conciliator to the State Government under sub-section (3) of the said section shall also be made available to the Labour Court, or the Industrial Court or the Board, as the case may be, before it proceeds to deal with the reference under sub-section (1).] [Inserted by M.P.
