12. Imposition of special penalties in certain cases.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in Rule 11, any of the penalties mentioned in column (2) of the Appendix to these rules may be imposed on the holders of the posts in the Kerala Jails Service and the Kerala Jails Subordinate Service, specified in the corresponding entry in column (1) by the authorities specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof.
