Section 28 in Bihar Legal Metrology (Enforcement), Rules, 2014
28. Repeal & Savings.
(1)The Bihar Standard of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1988 are hereby repealed.(2)Without prejudice to the provisions contained with respect to repeal any notification, rule or order made under the Bihar Standard of Weights & Measures (Enforcement) rule, 1988, shall , if in force, at the commencement of this rules, continue to be in force and have effect as if it were made, issued or given under the corresponding provision of this Bihar Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rule, 2014.
