IA No.3185 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner to implead certain persons as respondents no.4 to 21. The details of the persons, who are required to be impleaded, have been provided in paragraph 2 of the IA. The IA is allowed.

Let notices issue upon newly impleaded respondents no.4 to 21 both by ordinary process as well as by registered cover with A/d for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which this application as against the concerned party shall stand rejected without any further reference to the Bench.

In the meantime, University will file counter affidavit and complete the pleadings on their behalf.
