(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel for petitioner sought leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a suit to claim the amounts claimed in this petition.
2. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
We hasten to add that we have not made any observation on the merits of the matter, nor we made any observation on the issue of limitation.
Petitioner may apply to the Court and the Court will consider the same on its own merits. There shall be no order as to costs.
