Section 18(1)(E) in M.P. Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Rules, 2009

(E)Day-to-day affairs of the old age home shall be managed by a Management Committee which shall be constituted in accordance with order and guidelines issued by the State Government from time to time, such that inmates are also suitably represented on the Management Committee.
