Section 13(2) in Tamil Nadu Inam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(2)If a ryot was liable immediately before the notified date to make any payment to the landholder otherwise than by way of rent, whether periodically or not, in respect of any land to which he is entitled to a ryotwari patta, he shall continue to make such payments as accrue on or after that date to the Government.
