                                                  ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that instead of mentioning the case number as S.T.C.No.62 of 2015, the petitioner has mentioned the case number as C.C.No.62 of 2015. He would further submit that during the pendancy of this petition, the case ended in acquittal and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

2.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closed.
