Information sought
This matter concerns an RTI application filed by the Complainant, seeking information regarding "Central Provinces Ethnographic Survey of India - "Halba Article" only, Rai Bahadur Hiralal"(sic), which was in the possession of the Respondents. The CPIO reply The CPIO asked the Complainant to pay fee as per the RTI Act. Grounds of complaint to the Commission No information was received by the Complainant. The Complainant was not present in spite of a written notice having been sent to him. The Respondents stated that the information has been collected and would be sent immediately by registered post to the Complainant.
2. In view of the above assurance of the Respondents, we do not consider it necessary to enquire further into this complaint.
3. With the above observations, the complaint is disposed of.
4. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
