Section 53(1) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(1)For the purpose of first preparing the State Veterinary Register under Section 44, every person who holds any of the recognised disqualification shall apply along with three copies of his recent passport size colour photographs to the Registration Tribunal constituted under Section 45 or the Registrar, as the case may be, in Form IX duly filled in and signed by him alongwith Provisional or Degree Certificate in original.
