44. Annual Plan & Report.
- The Metropolitan Development Authority shall prepare for every year an Annual Plan and Report of its programmes and activities during that year, and submit the Annual Plan and Report to the government in such form and on or before such date as may be prescribed.Chapter - VIII Levy, Assessment and Recovery of Development Charge & User Charge
