(2)Selection for appointment to the posts of Project Officers or Assistant Project Officers or Supervisors, after commencement of these rules may also be made on the recommendations of the Committee from the open market from amongst the persons who hold the qualifications mentioned in Column 4 of Schedule I and are not more than of 45 years of age on the first day of January next following the last date fixed for receipt of applications.
