(4)Any person continuing as a member of a Society in contravention of the provisions of this Section shall cease to be such member with effect from the date of commencement of Section 12 of the Orissa Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 1991;] [Substituted by Orissa Act 28 of 1991, Section 12 (b), 12 (c) dated 31.12.1991, w.e.f. 11.9.1992.]
