30. Refund of or adjustment towards dues of the Security Deposit.
- The Security Deposit shall be refunded to the Forest Contractor on expiry of the contract:Provided that the Divisional Forest Officer may appropriate such sum as is necessary to discharge the dues to the Government (a) relating to the contract or (b) on any account in which the Forest contractor has a liability to pay to the Forest Department.
