Section 28 in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965
28. Prohibition to practise of persons not registered.
- No person, other than a practitioner registered under this Act, shall practice or hold himself out, whether directly or by implication, as practising or as being prepared to practice the Homoeopathic System.
