Section 40(2) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(2)If it is desired to use any other conductor or insulation than as specified in these rule, special permission shall be obtained from the Electrical Engineer to Government and no material shall be used which is not water-proof or which is not protected by water-proof covering or which will soften at a temperature below 170°F.
