Section 26(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
(1)If it appears to the Registrar that an amendment of the bye-laws of a registered society, in which the State Government has contributed by way of equity, is necessary or desirable in the interest of such society, after taking the opinion of affiliating society/federation of that society, he may, by order in writing to be issued to the society, by registered post, require the society to make the amendment within such time as he may specify in such order.
