Section 2(1)(l) in Uttar Pradesh Excise (Movement of Liquor and Power Alcohol) Rules, 2019

(l)"Portal" means the electronic platform created specifically for the purpose of uploading information in the prescribed form with regard to the process of manufacturing liquor up to the terminal stage of its distribution, notified for the purpose by the Excise Commission, Uttar Pradesh;
