22. Commencement of scheme.
(1)Whenever the State Government sanctions a housing scheme, it shall be notified in Gazette.(2)The notification, under sub-section (1), in respect of any scheme shall be conclusive evidence that the scheme has been duly framed and sanctioned.(3)The scheme shall come into force on the date of the notification under sub-section (1).
