31. [ Regulations. [As Amended by the University of Rajputana (Second Amendment) Act, 1950.]
The Academic Council may, subject to the approval of the Syndicate, make Regulations, consistent with this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances, providing for. all matters which by this Act, the Statutes or the Ordinances are to be provided for by Regulations and for all other matters solely lying with its purview.]
