Section 5(1) in The Sidho-Kanho-Birsha University Act, 2010
(1)Save as hereinafter otherwise provided, the local limits of jurisdiction of the University (hereinafter referred to as the territorial limits of the University) shall not extend beyond the limits of any district referred to in clause (7) of section 2.
