Section 20(2) in The Jammu and Kashmir Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1999 (1942 A.D.)
(2)Where the membership of a person has been terminated by the board, the person may request the board to place its decision for review by the general body. The Board shall place the matter before the general body at its next general meeting and the decision of the general body shall be final :Provided that pending the decision of the general body the person may have only such transactions, if any, with the cooperative, as may be permitted by the board.
