Section 1 in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012
1. Short title, extent Commission and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the West Bengal College Service Act, 2012.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of West Bengal.(3)This Act shall come into force at once, except the provisions of Chapter IV of this Act which shall come into effect on such date as the State Government may, by notification, in the Official Gazette, appoint.
