Section 2(d) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(d)'Bihar Olympic Association' means the Association constituted for the purpose of representation of the State of Bihar in the National games and which is recognized as such by the Indian Olympic Association and is duly affiliated to the Bihar State Sports Council.
