Section 9(2) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Act, 1949
(2)The State Government may, by notification, specify the season or seasons during which and the route or routes by which animals may be imported into the [State] [Substituted vide Adaptation Laws Order, 1950.] and no person shall import animals into the State otherwise than during the season and by the route so appointed.
