State of Maharashtra - Subsection

Section 70(2)(iv) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983

(iv)all colleges which stood affiliated to any existing University immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to be affiliated to the corresponding University under this Act, till their affiliation is withdrawn by the corresponding University under this Act or till they are converted into constitutent colleges under this Act, whichever is earlier;
