Section 23(3)(h) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1962

(h)The Returning Officer shall indicate the defaulters within the meaning of Section 50-A of the Act who continue to be so on the date of finalisation of the list by assigning "X-defaulter" sign against their names.
