At the request of the learned counsel for the parties, matter is referred to the mediation. Shri G.D. Verma, learned Senior Advocate, is appointed as Mediator in this matter, who is acceptable to both the parties.
Parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 19th April, 2022 at 11.00 a.m., in the High Court Main Mediation Centre.
Learned Mediator is also requested to submit his report within two months.
