Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that let this bunch of writ petitions be disposed of vide common order being connected matters, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities by moving a comprehensive representation within a period of two weeks from today and the competent authority may be directed to consider and decide the same, within a reasonable time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, all these five writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach AMIT KUMAR 2015.01.14 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document CWP No. 3461 of 2014(O&M) 3 the Managing Director, Haryana State Cooperative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Ltd.-respondent No.2 by moving an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today.

Respondent No.2 is directed that if the petitioners approach him within a period of two weeks from today by moving an appropriate representation, he shall consider and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the law laid down by this Court in Rajbir Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others CWP No. 25512 of 2012 decided on 14.11.2014 as well as the order dated 1.12.2014 passed by this Court in CWP No. 1852 of 2014 (Sant Lal and others Vs. State of Haryana and others). Respondent No.2 shall make an endeavour to decide the representation within a reasonable time but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representations from the petitioners.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, these writ petitions stand disposed of.
