Section 3(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(1)For the purposes of this Act the area comprised within the limits of the municipal area of Jammu and Kashmir Act, Samvat 2008 shall be limits of Municipal Corporation of Jammu and Srinagar, respectively;
