Section 4 in The Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Employees Life Insurance) Act, 1980
4. Limitation on the schemes.
(1)No scheme shall provide, for-(a)insurance of a qualified employee for a sum exceeding two thousand and five hundred rupees;(b)a rate of contribution from each employer exceeding six rupees per employee per annum and a rate of contribution from each qualified employee exceeding six rupees per annum.
