1. Court notice has been served on the petitioner. However, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Counsel for the respondent points out that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no.1 before the IPAB. Pursuant to which, an application for withdrawal of the present rectification petition was filed before the IPAB on 30th December, 2020 (page 161 of the paper book).
3. In view thereof, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. The same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
