Section 51(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)The [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] may, by resolution, authorise that any power exercisable by it under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, except the power to make regulations, may also be exercised by such officers of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or State Government or local [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
