Section 4 in The West Bengal Government Townships (Extension of Civic Amenities) Act, 1975
4. Officers and employees.
(1)For every Government Township there shall be an Administrator who shall be responsible for carrying out the purposes .of this Act in respect of the area included within that Government Township.(2)The Administrator shall be assisted by such number of other officers and employees as the State Government may think fit to appoint.
