Section 88(b) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
(b)publish on the notice board of the municipality a notification signed by him stating the name of the person elected as Chairman and send a copy of such notification(i)the State Election Commission for publication in the Official Gazette;(ii)the District Collector concerned;(iii)the Director of Local Bodies, Rajasthan, Jaipur; and(iv)the State Government.
