Section 1 in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy and Collection of Fees and Charges by SLDC) Regulations, 2006
1. Short Title, Extent and Commencement.
(1)These Regulations shall be called the Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Levy And Collection of Fees and Charges by SLDC) Regulations, 2006.(2)These Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette of the State.
