Section 56(1) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1981
(1)Every contractor shall send half yearly return in Form XXIII (in duplicate) so as to reach the licensing officer concerned not later than thirty days from the close of the half year.Note. - Half year for the purpose of this rule mean "a period of six months commencing from 1st January and in July every year".
