Section 19(1) in Sikkim Agricultural Land Ceiling and Reforms Act, 1977
(1)The State Government may, for the purpose of carrying out the purposes of this Act, make an order directing that a record-of-rights be prepared in respect of all agricultural lands in the State of Sikkim or for such area as may be specified in the notification.
