Certain provisions of Chapter II to apply to conductors licence. - The provisions of sub-section (2) of section 6, sections 14, 15 and 23, sub-section (1) of section 24 and section 25 shall, so far as may be, apply in relation to a conductors licence, as they apply in relation to a driving licence .
