Section 33(1) in Arunachal Pradesh State Road (Regulation and Development) Act, 2015
(1)Where, in pursuance of Section 8(c) or in exercise of Section 30 State Road Authority desires to permanently close down any State road or part thereof, it shall give notice of its intention so to do in the Official Gazette, and shall cause further publicity to be given to the notice in the manner prescribed under Section 12(4).
