Section 110A(1) in The Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, 1959
(1)The relative precedence of resolutions, which have been admitted under Rule 110 shall be determined by ballot to be held in accordance with the orders made by the Speaker on such day as the Speaker may direct.
