Section 40(2) in The Haryana Sports Council Act, 2016
(2)The Tribunal shall consist of,-(a)the Law Secretary, ex-officio, who shall be the Chairman of the Tribunal;(b)a person qualified to be appointed as a District Judge to be nominated by the State Government as member;(c)an expert in sports to be nominated by the State Government as member.
